Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 22 December 2005 on essential requirements for devices and systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
The technical solutions used in the devices meet, respectively, the required European, international or national standards. The management system introduced based on standards compliant with ISO 9000: 2001 has imposed procedures that facilitate supervision at every stage of the project implementation, from the design phase through the subsequent production phases to the servicing of equipment. It also facilitates full control of the “life” of the product, from its inception to ending its life and utilization as waste.
