Service support for NANOSENS devices
NANOSENS Sp. z o.o. provides warranty and post-warranty support services for devices manufactured by ALMER P.P., NANOSENS Urządzenia Pomiarowe, and NANOSENS Sp. z o.o.

- When using the template, please provide the following data:
- serial number – which the application concerns
- location – if the application concerns fixed devices
- contact details – telephone number, e-mail address
- Description of the damage or symptoms of malfunction observed
- the date and circumstances of the irregularity

- The support of mobile devices produced by NANOSENS and ALMER is carried out exclusively by NANOSENS or NANOSENS OFFICIAL PARTNERS.
- Goods covered by warranty or post-warranty should be sent to the service at the expense of the customer, through the shipping company or delivered in person.
- Sending the goods at the expense of NANOSENS Sp. z o.o. it will re-invoice transport costs with the exception of repairs covered by the guarantee, in which case the transport cost will be covered by NANOSENS Sp. z o.o..
- Instruments sent to the site should be delivered with equipment and an order signed by an authorized person and containing information about the contact person (surname, first name, phone number, location, department, etc.).
- The cost of expertise according to the service pricelist – invoiced only in case of cancellation of the service.
- The duration of the service takes typically from 4 to 14 business days, depending on the condition of the device, type and version of the device, counting from the date of acceptance of the device for inspection.
- The service of fixed devices from NANOSENS is carried out on the User’s premises.
- Service arrives only on a written order signed by an authorized person.
- The service technician’s access to the place where the device is used is at the expense of the Customer.
- The cost of travel is calculated in accordance with the formula: number of km both ways * rate for one km (rate: according to the NANOSENS price list).
- In the case of repairs covered by the guarantee, the cost of travel is covered by NANOSENS Sp. z o.o.
- The cost of expertise for each stationary device (switchboard, measuring head, stationary analyzer) is calculated in accordance with the price list of services.
- The service technician may consider, in special cases, that the repair or calibration of the device must be performed in the laboratory at the NANOSENS headquarters.
