  1. General information
    1. The privacy policy and cookies concern the processing of personal data by the Website Operator – NANOSENS Sp. z o.o. and the use of cookies.
    2. Website – www.nanosens.pl realizes the functions of obtaining information about customers and their behavior in the following way:
      1. by voluntarily entered information in forms.
      2. by saving cookie files to end devices.
      3. by collecting web server logs by the operator of the hosting website (activities necessary for the proper operation of the website)
  2. Information in forms
    1. NANOSENS Sp. z o.o. collects information provided voluntarily by the User.
    2. NANOSENS Sp. z o.o. can automatically save information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
    3. The data in the form is not made available to third parties otherwise than with the consent of the User, unless otherwise specified.
    4. The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. to process the Inquiries (preparation of the offer, gathering technical information)
  3. Information about cookies
    1. Website uses cookies.
    2. Cookie files (so-called cookies) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Customer’s end device and are intended for using the Website page. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.
    3. The entity placing cookies on the end device of the Customer and obtaining access to them is the operator of the WWW Website – NANOSENS Sp. z o.o.
    4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
      1. creating statistics that help to understand how Website Users use subpages, which allows you to adjust the form and content;
      2. determining the User’s profile in order to display him tailored materials in advertising networks, in particular Facebook and Google.
      3. As part of the Website, permanent cookies are used that are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

  4. Server logs
    1. Information about certain behaviors of Users is subject to logging in the server layer. These data are used only to administer the Website and to ensure efficient service of the hosting services provided.
    2. The browsed resources are identified by URL addresses. In addition, the subscription may be subject to:
      1. the time of arrival of the order or inquiry,
      2. time to send a response,
      3. name of the user station – identification performed by the HTTP protocol,
      4. information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction,
      5. URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – in the case when the transition to the pages of the WWW pages was made by the reference,
      6. information about the user’s browser,
      7. information about the IP address.
    3. The above data is not associated with specific persons browsing the websites – they are anonymous within the meaning of the law.
    4. The above data is used only for server management purposes.
  5. Sharing data
    1. Data are made available to third parties only within legally permitted limits.
    2. The Website Operator may be required to provide information collected by the Website to authorized bodies on the basis of lawful requests to the extent resulting from the request.
    3. Recipients of data may be entities that provide IT services to the data administrator.
  6. Protection of personal data
    1. The www.nanosens.pl website takes care of the security of customers’ personal data, that is why everywhere where personal data is required, the connection between the client and the server is encrypted. Thanks to this, Users do not have to worry that data sent from or to the server will be suspicious, intercepted and used by someone.

    4. Without your explicit consent, your personal data will not be shared with other data recipients, except subcontractors of our IT services for system maintenance purposes, and operators of courier and postal deliveries to deliver the order.
  7. Change, correction, deletion, processing of personal data.
    1. In accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on protection data) NANOSENS Sp. z o.o. provides Users with free access to personal data, their change, forgetting, correcting and deleting.
    2. Access, change, correction of personal data can be made at any time by contacting the Customer Service Department.

    5. The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body.

    7. Consents to the processing of personal data always have the time for which they apply, if this deadline is not specified, they are valid until the consent is withdrawn, and after such cancellation, for the period of limitation of the claims of the data controller, unless the processing takes place on the basis of other legal provisions than the consent expressed (purchase, sale agreement).
  8. Managing cookie files – how to express and withdraw consent in practice?
    1. If the User does not want to use cookies, he may change the browser settings.
    2. We reserve that disabling cookies necessary for authentication processes, security, maintaining customer preferences may make it difficult, and in extreme cases may prevent the use of the Website.
